SENIOR CARER (NIGHTS) 3 nights per week Shift patterns: 9.45pm-8am including alternate weekends. Flexibility is essential. Hourly pay rate: £14.16 (weekend rate: £21.24 per hour) We’re recruiting for a senior care assistant who can supervise and provide expert care for older adults within our charity-run Christian care home. You’ll participate as a senior member of our care team, ensuring that residents receive a high standard of care and are helped to maintain their dignity and individuality. You will need at least one year’s experience of working in a care home, including some supervision of staff. You’ll be someone who is passionate about care for older adults, well-organised, a good communicator and able to motivate others. This position on nights is a waking role. |
CASUAL HOURS CARE ASSISTANT Hours: casual Shift patterns: 7.45am-1pm, 7.45am-5pm, 4.45pm-10pm, 9.45pm-8am Hourly pay rate: £12.10 (weekend rate: £18.15 per hour) We’re looking for a casual-hours care assistant who can provide expert care for older adults within our charity-run Christian care home. You’ll participate as a member of the care team, ensuring that residents receive a high standard of care and are helped to maintain their dignity and individuality. Common sense and a willingness to help are essential qualities, along with a passion for caring for older adults, helping people maintain their independence and choice in homely surroundings. You will need to communicate professionally and warmly with all visitors, family and friends of our residents. Experience preferred but training will be provided to the right applicant. |
